Multan Sultans v Karachi Kings – Team News

The Multan Sultans have had to replace Moeen Ali with Mohammad Mahmudullah. The arrival of the Bangladesh all-rounder is a like-for-like replacement. They have also brought in Adam Lyth for Fabian Allen

Khushdil Shah and Shan Masood were among the Sultans’ top batsmen during the group stage of the PSL 2020. They also have Zeeshan Ashraf and Shahid Afridi.

With the ball, they have two stars in Mohammad Ilyas and Sohail Tanvir. The latter played for the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the Caribbean Premier League earlier this year.

The Kings have Babar Azam to lead their batting order. Azam was superb for Somerset in the recent T20 Blast and has been praised by Virat Kohli time and time again.

Karachi have brought in Sherfane Rutherford for Chris Jordan. Both were involved in the IPL 2020. Waqas Maqsood has come in for injures seamer Ali Khan, whose fine form in the CPL 2020 will be missed.

Mohammad Amir and Umaid Asif will be tasked with plenty of responsibility in the Karachi bowling department.

Multan Sultans v Karachi Kings – Betting Tips and Prediction

Here are more expert cricket tips to help you with your PSL betting. These free cricket match predictions are based on generous odds provided by the best Indian betting websites.

Bet on Karachi to Have the Top Batsman

The Karachi Kings, importantly, have middle-order trio Alex Hales, Chadwick Walton and Cameron Delport back for this match.

And, with Sharjeel Khan and the impressive Babar Azam around, Karachi are looking a good bet at 1.91 with 1xBet to have the top batsman in this match.

Remember, this market and others will be added to as the tournament gets closer. You will then have even more to bet on.

Choose Caught to Be the First Method of Dismissal

The best Indian betting websites have a variety of options in their markets for the first method of dismissal. From bowled and lbw to run-out, stumped and more, there are some handy choices.

Here, we reckon caught at 1.45 with 22Bet is the way to go. We saw it happen often in the Indian Premier League and sense it’ll be a trend in the PSL as well.

Batsmen who struggle with their timing when the pace is being taken off the ball early on tend to get caught out, especially on the off-side.

Pick the Sultans’ Opening Partnership to Be Under 22.5 Runs

The Sultans were prone to losing a wicket early during the group stage of the 2020 PSL. If Zeeshan Ashraf kicked on, Moeen Ali didn’t – and vice versa.

1xBet have the Multan side priced at 1.83 to lose their first wicket for under 22.5 runs. Those are not big odds, but could bring good value based on the previous form of the openers.
