All three have withdrawn their participation due to personal reasons. But that leaves opportunity for others to step into the breach.

Mumbai will again be captained by Rohit Sharma and have added Australian Chris Lynn to their squad. But he wasn’t in great form in the Caribbean Premier League recently.

Australian seamer James Pattinson has joined Mumbai as a replacement for Malinga.

Their crop of talented locals is led by Ishan Kishan, Aditya Tare, Jayant Yadav and other.

Raina’s exit leaves plenty more onus on Ambati Rayudu, Murali Vijay and Kedar Jadhav.

Without Harbhajan, fellow spinners Karn Sharma, Piyush Chawla and Ravindra Jadeja have a lot more to do alongside Imran Tahir.

Ruturaj Gaikwad has been ruled out of this match for Chennai.
