West Indies v Australia 4th T20I – Betting Tips and Predictions
Australia have just fallen a little short throughout this series so far. This looks like another tough test if their batting lineup fails to fire.
Marsh to Top Score for Australia
Mitchell Marsh struggled in the T20I in New Zealand but has bounced back to form this series.
He fell early in the last game but has two half-centuries to his name from the other two matches.
Where others have struggled for consistency with the bat, he has played a couple of well-measured innings.
Should one of the Aussie openers fail again, he is perfectly placed at three to take advantage of the extra time at the crease.
His price of 4.33 with bet365 to be his team’s top batsman is a great price.
Walsh is a Value Bet
Hayden Walsh has been among the wickets this series and looks like a value pick at the prices once again.
The spinner has taken eight wickets in three matches at this ground and is far too big to ignore for this one.
He is priced at 5.5 with 1xBet to be West Indies’ top bowler, as he was in the second and third T20Is before this.
If the pitch continues to deteriorate after so many recent matches then he can certainly take advantage.
Back Simmons to Outscore Gayle
This could be a good bet based on Chris Gayle’s recent hit-or-miss form.
There is no middle ground with the powerful batsman at the moment when he comes in at number three.
He may have blasted 67 in the last game but has scores of 13, 4, 11, 5 and 8 before that.
He can just as easily fall early as he can be destructive at present and backing Lendl Simmons’ steadier approach could pay.
Simmons has made solid contributes so far without pushing on for a big score. However, his price of 2.0 with bet365 to outscore Gayle looks appealing.
