Rajasthan Royals v Punjab Kings – Betting Tips and Prediction
We have more IPL cricket betting tips for you. These match predictions include some generous odds and are based on the form of the teams and players.
Morris to Get Under 35.5 Performance Points
Chris Morris signed for Delhi for a huge fee in this year’s IPL auction but looks worth taking on in this market.
The South African was a little inconsistent for RCB last season and 35.5 player performance points could take some getting for him in this fixture.
Remember, he gets 20 points for every wickets, one per run and 10 for a catch in the field.
He did take two wickets in the opening game but again struggled for consistency with the ball in hand. He also bats quite low down this packed Royals order.
Morris is priced at 1.83 with bet365 to get under 35.5 points.
Buttler to Shine for Rajasthan
Jos Buttler looked in the mood for runs in the last game before being dismissed for 25 off 13 balls.
It took a fine slower ball yorker from Jhye Richardson to account for his wicket just as he’d started to go up the gears.
There is the chance he could return as an opener here but either way should have time to made a big impact.
His price of 3.5 with LeoVegas looks appealing.
Nortje to Take Wickets
Delhi bowler Anrich Nortje missed the first game due to quarantine protocols but should be back in the line-up for this match.
The South African has been in superb form for his country in recent weeks, taking seven wickets in the last two ODIs against Pakistan.
He looks a good bet in the top Delhi bowler market at 3.5 with bet365.
Compatriot Kagiso Rabada is the favourite but it could be worth siding with Nortje given his recent run of form.
