South Africa v England 3rd T20I – Betting Tips and Prediction
See these free cricket match predictions from us. They are based on our years of experience and insight into the series so far.
Go for Nortje as South Africa’s Top Bowler
Anrich Nortje was left out of the Proteas XI for the first T20I at Newlands. He fared well upon his return in Paarl and will probably be retained for this return fixture in Cape Town.
Nortje is brimming with confidence on the back of a solid Indian Premier League campaign and has bowled at Newlands a lot.
He’s a great pick at 4.0 with LeoVegas to be the Proteas’ top wicket-taker.
Back Buttler and de Kock to Hit Two Sixes Each
Jos Buttler and Quinton de Kock are among the most dynamic batsmen in T20I cricket these days. They obviously both know what it takes to hit sixes in difficult conditions, too.
The Newlands deck is expected to be slow again, but de Kock and Buttler are well versed in navigating sluggish pitches. They’ve done it for several years in the IPL in India.
22Bet have them priced at 4.5 to hit at least two sixes each. We can see this possibly happening at Newlands and reckon good value is available here.
Bet on Billings to Be the Top Batsman for England
It’s likely England will look to experiment with their batting order for this final match. That could mean a game for Sam Billings. He might replace Jason Roy, who has been struggling.
Billings would bat in the middle-order, though, with Stokes or someone else becoming an opening batsman.
Billings has so much talent and maturity and is a nice price at 7.0 with 1xBet to be England’s top batsman.
