The big news for the Royals is that England’s star all-rounder Ben Stokes is still missing due to self-isolating. He Should be available for the next fixture but this one has come too soon.

He has now returned to take part in the IPL after missing the start due to compassionate leave because of his ill father.

Robin Uthappa and Riyan Parag were dropped for the previous game with Yashasvi Jaiswal coming in to open with Jos Buttler.

He failed to fire meaning there will be more decisions to make for skipper Steve Smith. Tom Curran should keep his place for now with Stokes still unavailable.

Delhi are unlikely to make too many changes to their side but will have to manage without the injured Amit Mishra.

The spinner picked up a finger injury against KKR that has ruled him out of the rest of IPL 2020.

Axar Patel came in in the previous game and played an important role to help the side manage Mishra’s absence alongside Ravichandran Ashwin.
